Florrie Wallace, Director of Research. Ms. Wallace has worked in executive search since 1990. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, she worked with Heidrick & Struggles in progressive roles including Office Administrator, Research Associate, and Associate. In 2007 Ms. Wallace was promoted to Director of Research at Kincannon & Reed. A generalist, she has performed research and candidate development for multiple executive functions in numerous industries. She is considered a specialist in online research, and has conducted internet research training for executive search associates across the globe. Ms. Wallace was the honored recipient of the Association of Executive Search Consultants' Award for Excellence and Professionalism in Research in 2010. She earned a Bachelor's degree with honors from Baylor University.
Greg Dooman, Senior Associate. Mr. Dooman joined the firm following a diverse career in international agricultural development, business consulting, and policy research and analysis that began with post-collegiate service in the Peace Corps as an agricultural extension agent. He also served as an agricultural economist for the US Foreign Agricultural Service and worked on short- and long-term agricultural development and trade promotion projects in Latin America, Africa, and the former Soviet Union. As a management recruiter with Nathan Associates and Ernst & Young, he oversaw projects in intellectual property, trade, and commercial law. He also managed research projects and developed proposals for the US Agency for International Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, and other organizations. A graduate in Economics and Spanish from the University of Vermont, he earned his MS in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and his MBA from George Washington University. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Eiji Hosomi, Senior Associate. Mr. Hosomi has supported many successful executive searches in the agribusiness, biotech, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries in Japan, Europe, and North America. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, he was a consultant with a Washington, D.C.-based firm conducting business extensively with clients in Japan. He earned his BA from Baldwin-Wallace College and his MA in Economics from the University of Colorado. He is fluent in his native Japanese as well as English.
Johannah Kendrick, Senior Associate. Ms. Kendrick joined Kincannon & Reed following four years as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles' International Technology Practice. As a generalist in that practice, she developed candidates for a wide variety of searches. Her background also includes several years experience in human resources within the not-for-profit and consulting sectors. During this period of her career, she expanded her knowledge of the employment field by working with senior level employees as a career development recruiter, teaching executives how to successfully market themselves for new opportunities. She earned a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Business from Johns Hopkins University.
Hina Chandawat, Research Associate. Ms. Chandawat has extensive research background in marketing and retained C-Level executive search. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed in 2009, she served in research roles for Heidrick & Struggles and SmartAnalyst Inc. She possesses a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Delhi. Ms. Chandawat is a candidate for the Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
