Qualifying Internal or External Candidates As a retained firm, we care only that the best candidate is hired, not who identifies the best candidate. Consequently, we interview and evaluate both external and internal candidates with the same rigorous objectivity so that the client may make a final decision with confidence.
Conducting Customized Research and Assessments Depending on our client's needs, our Principals and researchers can provide individualized information and perspective on compensation, internal management issues, and other industry-specific topics.
If the selected candidate is asked to leave the organization for reason of poor performance within 12 months of the date of hire, Kincannon & Reed will conduct a new search to replace this candidate for out-of-pocket expenses only. We have only had to perform on this guarantee a handful of times in well over 1,000 searches since 1981.
